The first Esse 750 arrived in San Diego last week. The boat has attracted a great deal of attention at the San Diego Yacht Club, the owner says.

„Even our Commodore ( who raced on an Esse 850 in Canada ) came over to take a close look. He loves it! Opening Day ( April 22-23 ) is a very big deal at the San Diego Yacht Club. The crowd will be in the thousands with 1600 members and their families attending. I’m pleased to inform you that the Esse 750 was selected to be one of the four featured boats for our weekend celebration. It will be at the dock directly in front of the club. Literally, everyone will get a chance to see it. There is that much attention. Perhaps this will be the beginning of a fleet.“
